UX Research, Content Design & Brand Guidelines - Internship, 2021 & 2022
During the Digital Content Designer education I did two internships at Female Engineering, a new femtech brand by Lindex.
UX Research
Customer journey map and personas examples.
During my first internship period (May-June 2021), the brand was still in development, so I primarily assisted with customer and market research. Specifically, I helped create the personas and customer journey map, and designed a presentation template with the brand's visual identity for internal use.
Content Design
Research
In my second internship with Female Engineering (January-April 2022), I researched content concepts to assist during the development of the social media strategy. This involved analyzing how other brands approached similar subjects, their use of imagery, tonality, and content type.
Content Ideas
Based on my research, I created content ideas, such as still images and simple animations, that aligned with the brand's identity and communicated the concepts.

Brand Guidelines
For my Digital Content Design final project, I designed an online document that compiled Female Engineering's visual identity elements created by Open Studio. The intention was to create an introduction to the brand and it's identity elements for Lindex and Female Engineering employees. To create these guidelines, I conducted research on brand guidelines, created personas, and performed a competitive analysis and SWOT analysis. This helped me understand brand guidelines and create the design.
